How long before I receive my ashes jewellery?

Our handmade cremation jewellery takes the following timeframes:

  • Sterling silver ashes jewellery: approximately 1-2 weeks from receipt of your loved one’s ashes
  • Gold ashes jewellery UK: 4–6 weeks, as pieces are sent to the Sheffield Assay Office for hallmarking

We will keep you updated throughout the entire process via email so you can follow the progress of your memorial jewellery order.

What happens to the ashes?

Your loved one’s ashes are handled with the utmost dignity, care, and respect throughout the ashes jewellery process.

The ashes remain securely sealed and labelled until they are carefully blended with crushed opals to create your memorial jewellery piece.

If there are any remaining ashes after creating your cremation jewellery, they will be respectfully returned to you in a sealed bag along with your finished ashes jewellery.

We will contact you before dispatch to ensure someone is available to receive your ashes jewellery safely. Once shipped, we will provide tracking details for your delivery.

We accept most major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal.

Full payment is required at the time of ordering your ashes into jewellery piece.
